I had not heard to this album for almost 20 years. It's weathered the test of time a lot worse than even I could have imagined. I didn't like it much on release, but this is a snapshot of Simple Minds as they became enmeshed in an ever more precipitous slide in quality to the point of complete unlistenability.

The album was recorded mainly at Le Zénith, Paris on 12 and 13 August 1986 on the last dates of the Once Upon a Time world tour, with one track (Someone, Somewhere In Summertime) recorded in late October ...
