Yellow Magic Orchestra (YMO) is een Japanse muziekgroep, opgericht in 1978. De band wordt met het Duitse Kraftwerk genoemd als pioniers van de technopop. De belangrijkste bandleden zijn Haruomi "Harry" Hosono (basgitaar, keyboards), Yukihiro Takahashi (drum en percussie, zang) en Ryuichi Sakamoto (keyboards).
