  1. 3 de nov. de 2021 · From the Principal. Bill Rawson ’71; P’08 was appointed Exeter’s 16th principal in January 2019 after six months of leadership as the Academy’s interim principal. Rawson’s return to Exeter followed a 32-year career at the international law firm of Latham & Watkins in Washington, D.C.

  3. 25 de may. de 2024 · The Phillips Exeter Academy Grainger Observatory is a state-of-the-art facility for astronomical research. The facility includes three domed observatories, a heated classroom building with library and numerous additional instruments to assist students with their research. The observatory is used by the three astronomy courses at the Academy as well as by other courses as required.

  4. 2013 Mar 5. RiverWoods, a retirement community, replaces the Academy as the Town of Exeter’s highest tax payer at $2,844,688 in 2012. Phillips Exeter Academy, which for several years was the town’s top property taxpayer, came in second highest, paying $782,087 in 2012 (36 % of the Academy’s property was taxable).

Goel Center for Theater and Dance displays our commitment to elevate the performing arts and place them with other disciplines at the heart of the Exeter experience. More than a quarter of Exeter’s student body participates in theatrical productions each term, and over 150 students take dance lessons or participate in the 16 student-run dance clubs.

As an Access Exeter student, you choose from ten academic clusters each containing three courses that are specifically grouped together to enhance the cluster theme.
