At Dovedale we are lucky to have a Children's Centre which serves families in our local area. Services are delivered from the Centre on our school site . To contact please use: 07849300061. School Governor Safety Walk . Our School Council took one of our School Governors on a child viewed tour of the school, and relayed their perspective of the school from a point of view of safety, comfort and happiness. The tour was very useful, and children provided some great insight into areas they are more familiar with than the adults.
We are able to provide a Breakfast and After School Club on our school site. The infant department hosts the Breakfast Club which is available to children from Reception to Year 6. The infant department hosts an After School Club for children in Reception to Year 2 and the junior department hosts the 'After School Club' for children in Year 3 to Year 6.

The children will develop both their locational and knowledge during their time at Dovedale Primary School. Implementation. Our Geography lessons are taught in “Knowledge Blocks” throughout the year with some lasting half a term with others lasting a full term.
At Dovedale Primary School, teaching PSHE and RSE is at the core of what we do. Our rich and exciting curriculum enables our children to become independent, confident, healthy and responsible members of society, as well as developing the “whole child” intellectually, morally, socially and spiritually.
