There have been plenty of fan casts for the demon character, but Sacha Baron Cohen was not someone often considered. However, he does fit the mold for what could be an amusing, charismatic, and twisted portrayal of Mephisto.

The sinister character of Mephisto is something of a trickster, using his demonic form to manipulate humans' belief in Satan, as he rules over a pocket dimension that he refers to as "Hell"/"Hades" though it is neither of those things.
