Norman Jeffrey Healey (født 25. mars 1966, død 2. mars 2008) var en canadisk blues-rock-gitarist.. Jeff Healey mistet begge øynene på grunn av kreft da han var ett år gammel. Han begynte likevel å spille gitar da han var tre år gammel. Da han var 17, dannet han bandet Blues Direction, som to år senere ble Jeff Healey Band, sammen med Joe Rockman og Tom Stephen.
