26 de abr. de 2022 · To be honest, it's more of an equal mixture of The King and I, The Sound of Music, with just a dash of Beauty and the Beast, but BATB is definitely the more marketable of the three, and with a play on words like "beautician", they just had to. The leading lady was hilarious! That New York accent killed me. Not at all what I was expecting!
The country's leader, Boris (Timothy Dalton), however, is a no-nonsense guy who rules his family and his country with an iron fist. Indeed, Slovetzia is depressingly similar to the Soviet Union at its worst. Boris is struck by Joy's charm and beauty but insists there will be no goofing off in the classroom.
