Rocky 3 predstavuje (po výbornom originále a po tiež ešte v rámci možností psychologickej dvojke) bod zlomu. Prestáva záležať na postavách, vzťahoch, dialógoch, psychológii. Už sa len bezhlavo vrháme do epicentra dravej komiksovej ringovej akcie (ktorá ma však nikdy príliš nebavila, preto uprednostňujem prvé a posledné časti pred tými "v strede").
