The code is up on GitHub, but there is still plenty more work to be done: updating add-ons like flickity-fullscreen and then updating the Flickity documentation site. I recommend you continue to use Flickity v2 and its supported add-ons.

19 de mar. de 2018 · Both fullscreen and hash are add-on features. They are maintained as separate projects outside of Flickity, so the Flickity source code doesn't get bloated with new features. You can choose to add these features by adding their scripts to your project. See flickity-fullscreen and flickity-hash on GitHub.

This module integrates the Flickity library providing both theme functions for manual rendering and Views integration via a format style. Flickity does not depend on jQuery and can be used with or without the library; this also goes for the Drupal implementation.
