Hell, Courier gets in there and just starts VATSing the hell out of Smasher. Right when he is about to run out of points, kills some citizen in range and boom, Grim Reaper's Sprint gives him more. End game Courier is OP as fuck, whereas Smasher is locked into his skill levels.
