Bluestar's kit Mosskit was called male in Forest of Secrets and Secrets of the Clans, and then female in Cats of the Clans and Bluestar's Prophecy. Though the authors decided that the canon gender is female, Mosskit appears as both in different parts of the book. Sunstrike is referred to as male:

30 de oct. de 2020 · No. Mosskit didn't even actually exist in name until BP. Plus if she lived she'd be as old as Misty and Stone by ITW time, which they were adults by then. Mosskit actually existed since Secrets of the Clans, which was a good two years prior to BP. Either way, was still long after TPB's time. Warrior Cats Forums.
My headcanon for Mosskit is that she gets apprenticed, and trains in the dark forest with some of the other apprentices, and learns deadly battle moves from Thistleclaw (and other dark forest cats) she soon becomes Mosswhisker, a Warrior, and shortly after falls in love with a cat from another clan.
