Jim Shooter (b. September 27, 1951) is a writer. Jim Shooter started submitting scripts to DC when he was 13. The following year, with a great deal of study of DC and Marvel's respective narrative styles, he was writing and penciling rough layouts for the Legion of Super-Heroes.
