This issue was made after Jack left Marvel and went over to DC, and satirized Stan Lee as “Funky Flashman” as a verbose user and abuser of artistic talent, working as a driver of slaves in a happy “Marvel” family.

It’s based on the 1954 Disney film adaptation of 20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA, starring Kirk Douglas, James Mason, Paul Lukas and Peter Lorre.
