Vinton Gray Cerf, in het dagelijks leven Vint Cerf genoemd (New Haven (Connecticut), 23 juni 1943) is een Amerikaans internetontwerper en zakenman. Hij wordt ook wel de 'vader van het internet' genoemd. Cerf ontwikkelde in 1973 samen met Bob Kahn de architectuur van wat later het internet werd.

VINTON CERF. El Dr. Vinton Cerf nació en Connecticut en 1943. Se graduó en Matemáticas por la Universidad de Stanford en 1965.
