Spiro Theodore Agnew (9 November 1918 – 17 September 1996) adalah wakil presiden Amerika Serikat yang ke-39 dan menjabat dari tahun 1969 sampai 1973 di bawah Presiden Richard Nixon . Agnew lahir di Baltimore dari ayah imigran Yunani dan ibu Amerika. Dia kuliah di Universitas Johns Hopkins, dan lulus dari Fakultas Hukum Universitas Baltimore.
