Screaming Lord Sutch, 3rd Earl of Harrow, echte naam David Edward Sutch (Londen, 10 november 1940 – Londen, 16 juni 1999), was een Brits musicus en politicus en activist. Hij was de oprichter en voorman van de politieke partij Official Monster Raving Loony Party.

Following the death of bassist Dangerfield in 2008, the band has re-established itself with the current, 2009 line-up of Angi Antinori on lead guitar, Jack Irving on drums and vocals, Johnny Casanova on keyboards and vocals, and on bass, former Savage, and one of Sutch's 'Heavy Friends' line-up, Nick Simper .

Sutch's version of "Jack the Ripper" is two minutes and forty-eight seconds long, in the key of B-flat major, and 4/4 time. It begins with the sound of footsteps and a woman screaming, followed by a rendition of the " Danger Ahead " motif by the guitar and drum kit, accompanied by a ghoulish moan from Screaming Lord Sutch.
