Colin Flooks, známy ako Cozy Powell (* 29. december 1947, Cirencester, Anglicko – † 5. apríl 1998) bol britský rockový bubeník. [1] Powell začal svoju hudobnú kariéru v skupine The Sorcerers v roku 1965. V roku 1971 vstúpil do Jeff Beck Group s ktorou nahral dva albumy, potom hral sólovo a založil skupinu Bedlam.
