18 de jun. de 2022 · Cuentan que Horace Silver era el líder de un trío que se presentaba en un club de Hartford, Connecticut, al cual llegó Stan Getz a realizar algunas presentaciones. Getz quedó tan impresionado por el trío que lo contrató para hacer una gira y fue el primero en grabar composiciones de Silver, en 1950 (Dave Gelly, Icons of Jazz, 1900-2000).
