Here Chan plays Keung, a police officer from Hong Kong who travels to New York to attend the wedding of his uncle, Bill (Bill Tung).
Jackie Chan ("Rush Hour" franchise, "Shanghai Noon") stars as Ah Keung, a cop from Hong Kong who comes to New York City to attend his uncle's wedding. He plans a little relaxation, a little sightseeing and little work at the family grocery store. The location is The Bronx, New York, though of course it was mostly filmed in Canada. The story has some of the damsel-in-distress tropes that are found throughout Jackie Chan's filmography.
