Mario Bava (31. heinäkuuta 1914 San Remo Italia – 25. huhtikuuta 1980 Rooma Italia) oli italialainen elokuvaohjaaja.Hän opiskeli kuvataiteita mutta päätyi lopulta isänsä Eugenio Bavan tavoin elokuva-alalle. Bava tunnetaan etenkin giallo- ja kauhugenreä edustavista elokuvistaan. Hän kuoli sydänkohtaukseen vuonna 1980.
