Interested LL.M. students should email the Office of the Registrar ( lawreg@georgetown.edu) to request admission. This course is suitable for evening students who can attend the weekly seminar and conduct 10 hours of fieldwork/week during normal business hours. This is a four credit course.

Final Exam. Students who wish to enroll in Georgetown’s LL.M. in Taxation or other tax certificate program must sit for a 90-minute, 50-question multiple choice exam at the conclusion of the course and achieve a passing score of 30 out of 50 questions. The final exam will be administered on the TWEN webpage for the course.
As our online courses are equally as rigorous as our on-campus courses, students should expect to spend approximately two-three hours per credit hour per week on coursework in addition to two hours of class time.
