Sass Jordan’s vocals immediately reminded me of Melissa Etheridge; and, also, that one Alanna Myles album with the great song Black Velvet (if you please). While Racine Revisited does not have that one great song, like Black Velvet, it is probably consistently better than the Alanna Myles album.
