Carlsbad High School Choir. Welcome to the home of the Carlsbad High School Choir Program. We have three award-winning choirs, under the direction of Eloy Castaneda: Sound Express, Purple Reign, & Lancer Choir. Our program is self-supporting through volunteers, donations, fundraising activities and sponsorships.

Carlsbad High School, home to the Lancers and with school colors of rich purple and gold, is a California Distinguished School with a focus to serve every student. The student body is diverse, with nearly a quarter claiming to be of Latino or Hispanic heritage. Students at the school stay active with numerous clubs and athletic programs.
