Nicht nur zu meinem großen Bedauern ist es ja schon seit geschlagenen 17 Jahren der Fall, dass weder von Shane MacGowan noch von The Pogues neues Songmaterial erschienen ist. Klar gab es immer wieder mal Gastbeiträge auf Alben anderer Musiker, manchmal mehr und manchmal weniger aufwendige Box-Sets sowie die zugegebenermaßen richtig starke DVD "The Pogues In Paris", die ein Konzert zum 30.

One man distillery or not, his spirit’s intact. MacGowan still clings to life, just as he did to that mic stand the night I saw him live.
