The beneficiary of this dark gift loses all of its teeth until it reincarnates for the third and final time. Dark Gift of Delban, the Star of Ice and Hate. Delban's gift is the power to unleash deadly cold. This dark gift allows its beneficiary to cast the Cone of Cold spell as an action. After it has been used seven times, the dark gift vanishes.
There’s also a less complicated reason why. The dark power operates as the resurrection spell without the time constraint. There are two other constraints in the first sentence of the spell that still apply: “You touch a dead creature that has been dead no more than a century, that didn’t die of old age, and that isn’t undead.”

The Dark Gift is a Healer spell that is obtained from the Dark Mage's Treasure Bag in Expert Mode. It rapidly shoots nearly instantaneous beams in an inaccurate fashion that heal allies.
