Rowing. The School has a long and proud tradition of rowing. Our rowers compete at local, national and international level. Events include the National Schools, Henley Royal and Women’s Henley Regattas. In recent years we have been delighted to see individuals achieve selection to race on the international stage at both U16 and U18 levels.
Although located to the north of the city, St Edward’s School is only a 5 minute bus journey from the city centre where students can enjoy a whole range of activities, from strolling and snacking to punting and perusing. St Edward’s School, Oxford, is a fully co-educational boarding and day school, with a wide range of pupils from around the country and 15% joining us from 40 different countries outside the UK. We offer a wide range of scholarships and bursaries. Being co-ed is important to us.
A 25-metre pool. Studios for training and dance. 4 indoor tennis courts. 3 squash courts. An extensive programme of fitness classes including Body Pump, Group Cycle, Zumba, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates and early morning circuits. Regular swimming, tennis, squash, fitness, spinning and gym sessions take place at the gym during school sports sessions.
