It's quite difficult to evaluate Walls of Jericho, because the comparison is inevitable with the follow up albums: the two perfect and genre defining parts of Keeper of the Seven Keys. However, if we place ourselves back to 1985, Walls of Jericho is a groundbreaking album with stunning instrumental and vocal performances.
Walls of Jericho je prvý štúdiový album nemeckej speedmetalovej hudobnej skupiny Helloween. Album bol vydaný v roku 1985 a tento album zohral zásadný vplyv vo vývoji speed metalu. V roku 1988 boli EP Helloween a EP Judas pridané na Walls of Jericho a album je teraz vydávaný ako rozšírená kompilácia.

11 de feb. de 2007 · Kai was really coming into his own on the mike; nothing against Michael Kiskse, but with his introduction into the band they went away from the melodic speed metal identity they had begun to form (although Keepers Parts 1 & 2 are probably the greatest Helloween releases, they do not sound like anything like the sound they had forged in "Walls of Jericho")...
