Robert Steven „Adrian“ Belew (* 23.Dezember 1949 in Covington, Kentucky, USA) ist ein US-amerikanischer Gitarrist und Komponist.. Belew ist vor allem durch die Progressive-Rock-Band King Crimson bekannt, bei der er von 1981 bis 2013 Sänger und Gitarrist war. Vorher spielte Belew unter anderem bei Frank Zappa, Caifanes, den Talking Heads und David Bowie.

18 de mar. de 2020 · King Crimson, 1982. The band consisted of Fripp on guitar, Adrian Belew as lead singer and guitarist, Tony Levin on bass and Bill Bruford on drums. This was the first time a second guitarist was part of the band. Ten years earlier Ian McDonald said “If you’ve got Bob Fripp in a band you just don’t play guitar.”.
