In order to assist Mr Downes, the Trustees of Aquinas have established Aquinas Advisory Councils (AAC) for each academy including Rye College.   7. Friends of Rye Wurlitzer was formed in 1993 by enthusiast Richard Moore to restore the 1925 Wurlitzer Theatre Organ at The Milligan Theatre. Rye is the second oldest Wurlitzer in the country. There are digital ranks augmenting the 8 ranks of pipes. Rye Wurlitzer Academy also uses this Wurlitzer and their website is: www.RyeWurlitzerAcademy.co.uk.
