Beck's lazy charm is hard to explain, but he does pull it off with a veneer of coolness that's hard to deny. I guess it also helps that the beat to this song reminds me of "Riders on the Storm" a bit to make things really relaxing. It also uses it's claps to good effect and has Beck at his most out-of-it, yet still catchy.
