31 de may. de 2024 · To factory reset your camera: Remove the microSD card inserted in the camera if there is one. With the camera plugged into power, single-press SETUP on the bottom of the camera for 10 seconds. The status light on the front of the camera lens will turn solid red. Once the status light starts flashing red, it's ready to be set up again.

Hold the camera's Setup button while plugging in the USB cable and continue to hold the Setup button until the light turns solid blue for Wyze Cam v2 and Pan or purple for Wyze Cam v3. Once the light is solid blue, release the Setup button and wait for 3-4 minutes.
