  7. That protein intake is WAAAYYY too low IMHO, and you're kind of wasting your weight training.. I would STRONGLY suggest you up your intake to around 150g protein per day. (0.8 x 196 lbs. = 156.8).Some easy ways to do this would be as you said, protein powder. Another easy way is chicken and tuna. Tuna packs are super low in calories, but have 14-18g of protein depending on the brand.
