In A New Hope, Obi-Wan Kenobi looks to be quite old, and he was played by Sir Alec Guinness, who was 62 at the time (although, arguably, he looked older).However, The Phantom Menace revealed a very young Obi-Wan, and even in Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, Obi-Wan still looked rather young.

Hace 5 días · This Alec Guinness looks good to me. But can anyone understand the ”Star Wars 1968” inscription, since the first movie didn’t premiere until 1977? To me it looks like it’s written by Guinness himself. What do you think?

19 de may. de 2024 · Well, to begin with, I thought I might like to take Maurice Bering's wonderful anthology, Have You Anything to Declare, but it is a little slim, so I think I'd better go thicker than that and take the Oxford 20th century book of modern verse. Right. And thank you, Sir Alec Guinness, for letting us hear your Desert Island Discs.
