No matter what I did, it wouldn't go away and it wouldn't let me install any antivirus. Tron dug it out and deleted it out of my system. I would rather use Kaspersky. It's not malicious, but it is a mess of a script that does a much of unrelated crap, and makes unnecessary changes to your system.
Tron can run when Windows is in Safe Mode or regular mode. It is recommended to run Tron in Regular Mode at first, and only use Safe Mode if there are issues with the initial run. Copy tron.bat and the \resources folder to the target machine's desktop and run tron.bat as an ADMINISTRATOR. (Tron will fail if you don't run as an administrator)
