All its predictions are 100% accurate and and never have any faults, no matter how strange. Originally from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure chapters 189-192. The hijinx that ensues is very enjoyable and is one of my favorite arcs of Part 3.
It's a gag basically. Both their Stand abilities are done better by different Stands in the series anyway. Boingo's comic book predicts the immediate future without fail. Oingo's stand allows him to change his facial structure to look like anyone. The "invincible team" thing is just their egos.
