Peter Brandt was born in Denmark, 1966, and studied at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Copenhagen and The Royal Institute of Art, Stockholm. Brandt had also extensive training in classical ballet, movement, acting and voice in both London and Copenhagen. Brandt’s works is influenced by 1970s feminist body art, trauma theory, masculinity studies and art historical material.
