You mean the Nexus Blitz goes live on 24th right? So pbe is 2 weeks ahead. But the first time around arena was released on pbe a month ahead of live release, people could play arena at the end of June (like 27-28th I think, I personally started later), and the live release was a month later on 28th of July.
