Tusk act 3 has a big issue of not being able to get up close and personal, with more mid-long range moves such as the steel balls. tusk can stay close for a lot longer. Long range is overall better for spin. Tusk gets a lot of buffs with spin. Its normal nails will do 8.1 damage instead of 6.
