Though born in Florida, hard rock vocalist and songwriter George Hatcher was forced to relocate to England to form a permanent backing band. Accompanied by ‘Big’ John Thomas (guitar), Phil Swan (guitar), Steve Wren (keyboards), Harris Joannou (bass) and Chris Slade (drums), Hatcher enjoyed a glimpse of mainstream success in 1976 by acquiring support slots to Status Quo.
