MIRAGE was the first disc I sought out, and I know of very few albums that conjure a more distinct, cohesive atmosphere than the dream-like mist that pervades this one.
29 de ago. de 2003 · Mirage représente une sorte d’album charnière pour Camel, dans le sens où le groupe commence à délaisser les aspects bluesy qui émanaient encore de son très bon premier album éponyme (malheureusement absent de ces pages) pour davantage exploiter le filon doux et mélodique de sa musique qui deviendra sa marque de fabrique.
