3 de feb. de 2020 · When I open teams.microsoft.com and try to sign in with my email address - I enter the generated app password but it says it's incorrect. If I enter my own normal password then it goes to the next screen and asks for a 2FA code. The 2FA code from my authenticator app does not work. Please help in resolving this issue for me.

The problem is they send a 6 digit password reset code, when I enter the code they send, it says “the number you have entered doesn’t match the code, please try again”. So the code they sent is wrong?? How do I fix this and get back into my account. Thank you
