9 de jul. de 2019 · This past weekend, after a relatively brief illness, Jeff’s dad, Percy “Bud” Healey, passed away. Bud was a wonderful man, as straight a shooter as you’ve ever met. He was kind, compassionate and understanding, the real deal, genuine and never any pretence. He and his late wife Yvonne adopted and raised 3 children, Jeff, Laura and Linda.

20 de mar. de 2024 · Well, as we said, the ROAD HOUSE film contained a dozen performances by Jeff Healey and his band, however, the official soundtrack released back in 1989 contained only four of those songs. In the thirty-four years since they were recorded, this will be the first time they have all been made available, anywhere.
2 de mar. de 2024 · Sixteen years… there are days that it still doesn’t seem real. On this date, back in 2008 the world lost a musical supernova, and we lost a brother, husband, father, friend…. Jeff burned brightly with us for far too short a time. All these years later, his impact continues to be felt amongst the lives he touched.

His influence on the world of music is truly incalculable, and he will be greatly missed. Our sincerest condolences go out to his family, friends, and countless fans around the world.
