If you get a good rune to gank with, and you see a good opportunity to gank, but you aren't level 7-8 yet, just go gank. Ganks. Just go shadow strike someone and scream in their faces, hopefully getting as many heroes in your scream as possible.

Her skill set makes her exceptionally good at picking off heroes and a powerful mid laner. She has a massive amount of burst magical damage and a Blink spell for mobility and survivability.

Of the bat, you want to start with Healing Salve Tango Clarity and either 1 mantle, 2 branch. 2 mantle, 1 branch. 3 branch. If you go 3 branches, you will have a lot more money left for bottle (which you can bring with courier).
