Leo (n) Jogiches (17 Juli 1867 – 10 Maret 1919; juga dikenal dengan nama partainya yaitu Leon Tyszka (Tyska, Tyshko, Tyshka)) adalah seorang Marxis revolusioner aktif di Lithuania, Polandia, dan Jerman bergabung dengan kalangan pekerja sosial demokratis sebelum dipaksa ke pengasingan. Pada tahun 1893 ia membantu membentuk Partai Demokratik Sosial Kerajaan Polandia bersama Rosa Luxemburg.
