Rosemary Clooney (May 23, 1928 – June 29, 2002) was an American singer and actress. She was born in Maysville, Kentucky. She became known with her song "Come On-a My House". She starred in many movies. She was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and died of lung cancer in Beverly Hills, California.
Rosemary on the Big and Little Screen. In 1949 Rosemary Clooney was signed to a solo record contract by Columbia musical director Mitch Miller. Two years later, she scored her first big hit, Come On-a My House, which she reprised in her first film, The Stars are Singing (52).
