En primer lugar porque el realizador nos ofrece una propuesta en la que el género fantástico es un mero pretexto para mostrarnos un drama sobre la perdida, la enfermedad mental y la incapacidad para gestionar los pequeños y grandes dramas cotidianos .

This atmospheric, intriguing film written and directed by Jeremiah Kipp is the antithesis of a Dead Teenager Movie, and while it revolves around a supernatural element, its true, underlying horror is sadly quotidian.
