Bad Company var et britisk rockeband grunnlagt i 1973, bestående av medlemmer fra Free (Paul Rodgers, Simon Kirke), Mott The Hoople (Mick Ralphs) og King Crimson (Boz Burrell). Manageren var Peter Grant , som også hadde bidratt til Led Zeppelin store suksess, og Bad Company ga også ut på Swan Song Records , som ble grunnlagt av Grant og Led Zeppelin i fellesskap.
