It’s a theme that is universal and will remain so a thousand years from now. We don’t know how long Mr. Smith will be a part of our national consciousness.

Synopsis. Naive and idealistic Jefferson Smith, leader of the Boy Rangers, is appointed to the United States Senate by the puppet governor of his state.
