Sophie Aldred (født 20. august 1962 i Greenwich i London i England) er en skuespillerinne og hallodame på TV. Hun er mest kjent for å ha spilt Ace i science fiction-serien Doctor Who. Hun ble født i Greenwich og vokste opp i Blackheath, London . Etter å ha gått på Blackheath High School, studerte hun drama ved Universitetet i Manchester.
