  7. Professor Ken Howard was born in London and studied at the Royal College of Art. In 1973 he was appointed as the official artist for the Imperial War Museum in London. In the same year he was a prize winner at the John Moore’s Exhibition for “The Ulster Crucificition”. He is a member of the Royal Academy of Arts and has been awarded an OBE.
